The project seeks to address the ongoing smartphone revolution that is drastically increasing demand for video services on wireless devices.<\/p>\n<p>The continual changes in user demand, network traffic, hardware and wireless environment pose significant challenges to allowing efficient exchanges of video data using wireless devices.
