Honorees were nominated by their departments throughout campus, and a committee of graduate faculty members selected the winners. Recipients were recognized at the Graduate School\u2019s annual awards ceremony. In the same week, Rappo was also recognized for her academic achievements by the International Student Organization which named her the 2014 Outstanding International Graduate Student.
