Belinga served as a technology analyst, helping to develop a Blackberry application for the firm\u2019s clients.<\/p>\n<p>When she graduates in May, Belinga will return to the Big Apple to work full time for Morgan Stanley. She was selected as one of only 300 students worldwide to participate in a 15-week training program that includes 11 weeks of class and a four-week project before she steps into her permanent position.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe people at Morgan Stanley don\u2019t just train you for employment at the firm,\u201d says Belinga. \u201cThey want you to be trained so you represent the company well in the future, no matter where you end up.
