After months of demolition and site preparation, contractors began work on the highly anticipated 142,000-square-foot Brown-Kopel Engineering Student Achievement Center in September. The building is scheduled to open in May 2019. Meanwhile, renovations to Broun Hall with the creation of the Davidson Pavilion are wrapping up. The project will be completed in December. The Gavin Laboratory, formerly known as the Textile Building, project is moving along, with renovations scheduled to be completed in April 2018.
