Thank you for your interest in submitting a proposal for the 2027 International Symposium on Aerospace Psychology! The proposal submission window is now open. Abstracts are due November 30th, 2026. You can submit a proposal here. Note that hybrid options will be available for this year’s conference and you can indicate your needs when submitting your abstract.

We are looking for technical content across a wide variety of methods and domains–the following list is not exhaustive. Note that we are looking forward to the addition of space content this year and area excited to hear more about human spaceflight as well as continue exploring our aviation roots.

Instructions for Submitting a Proposal:

We accept proposals for oral presentations and posters, panels, demonstrations, and workshops. For most submissions, you will need to provide an abstract of up to 300 words using the Submission Button above. If pertinent, you will also be asked to provide additional author(s) name(s) and affiliation(s). Our committee will review submissions and organize the programming.

If you would like to propose a workshop, we encourage you to email us in parallel.

Upon submission, you will receive a confirmation email. If you need to make changes after submitting, please email us.
