The Auburn University student chapter of the American Concrete Institute was named an ACI Excellent University for 2016. The ACI award for University Student Activities identifies institutions across the nation that qualify for excellent status, based on points received for their participation in ACI-related activities, events and programs. The student chapter was recognized during the ACI spring 2017 Concrete Convention and Exposition in Detroit.
